Homework reminders for all 7th and 8th Grade students:
- All homework should be done on a separate sheet of standard size binder paper unless otherwise directed. Students should not be doing homework in notebooks or composition notebooks. Notebooks are for taking notes to study!
- Always use black or dark blue ink pen (no erasable pens, please!) Save your sharpened pencils for math and music classes.
- Always write COMPLETE responses to questions, e.g. incorporate the question into your response. Make sure you follow common English writing standards,e.g. capital letters, end punctuation, complete thought with subjects and verbs ... you know!
- Answer all parts of every question! That means you have to read the question at least once; more times to get it right!
- Come to class with your homework ALREADY done, every day! You miss out on valuable learning when you're not prepared.
- Bring ALL books and supplies with you EVERY DAY. There is no going back to your locker or homeroom to get what you've forgotten.
